HORSHAM and Glenthompson will host Grand Finals this season for the Wimmera and Mininera Football Netball competitions respectively.<\/p>\n
The Wimmera Grand Final will be played on Saturday 17 September at the Horsham City Oval, with Dimboola, Stawell, Ararat and Warracknabeal all set to host finals matches.<\/p>\n
Alexandra Oval in Ararat will host the First Semi-Final over the first weekend of September.<\/p>\n
The finals series in the Wimmera will commence over the 27-28 August weekend.<\/p>\n
Glenthompson will host this season\u2019s Mininera Grand Final, with Woorndoo, Lismore, Willaura, Macarthur and Penhurst also selected to host finals.<\/p>\n
The Mininera finals series kicks off on Saturday 20 August, with the Grand Final to be played on Saturday 10 September.<\/p>\n
Both competitions will host their first respective finals series since 2019.<\/p>\n
Both leagues use the McIntyre Final Five system, which gives the top team a week off in the first week of finals.<\/p>\n
