{"id":2882,"date":"2024-11-23T09:10:37","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T22:10:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theadvocate.net.au\/?p=2882"},"modified":"2024-11-23T09:10:37","modified_gmt":"2024-11-22T22:10:37","slug":"ninety-and-going-strong","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theadvocate.net.au\/2024\/11\/23\/ninety-and-going-strong\/","title":{"rendered":"Ninety and going strong"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>IT has been a week of celebrations for Ararat\u2019s Bruna Fratin, who has just notched up 90 years.<\/p>\n<p>Bruna came to Australia in 1956 from Asolo, Italy to be with her sweetheart Lino Fratin who was already in Ararat.<\/p>\n<p>They married two months after her arrival at Ararat\u2019s Catholic Church and went on to have five children.<\/p>\n<p>At the weekend, Lina celebrated her birthday with her family and then had a second catchup with friends during the week.<\/p>\n<p>The occasion was made even more special with a surprise visit from a cousin residing in Griffith New South Wales.
