WILLAURA resident Lawrence Hunt has been eating Weet-Bix for breakfast for more years than he can remember.<\/p>\n
But recently, Lawrence noticed something was amiss.<\/p>\n
There was something wrong with his box of Weet-Bix.<\/p>\n
It seemed there was one less Weet-Bix per row missing in his box of cereal and he wants to know if other have the same problem.<\/p>\n
He contacted the Advocate to see if other readers were experiencing the same problem.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey pack the Weet-Bix pretty tight in the packet but there is one missing,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s a bit annoying when you have to open a new box because the old box is one short,\u201d Mr Hunt said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThere are normally 12 in a row, and I have three (religiously) with some two fruits every day. So I know there is one missing,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Mr Hunt has been in contact with Sanitarium, the makers of Weet-Bix, who have apologised for what was a \u201cquality control\u201d issue.<\/p>\n
Mr Hunt thinks other people may have also been \u201crobbed\u201d of a Weet-Bix or two and would like to see if the practice is wide spread.<\/p>\n
But in the meantime, Mr Hunt is still enjoying Weet-Bix for brekky every day, even though the odd box might be one or two short.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
