{"id":758,"date":"2022-02-28T13:04:18","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T02:04:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/theadvocate.net.au\/?p=758"},"modified":"2022-02-28T13:04:18","modified_gmt":"2022-02-28T02:04:18","slug":"ararat-photographer-on-show","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/theadvocate.net.au\/2022\/02\/28\/ararat-photographer-on-show\/","title":{"rendered":"Ararat photographer on show"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>MANY local residents would have seen some stunning photographs on social media sites taken by Ararat\u2019s Martin Stringer.<\/p>\n<p>Martin is a passionate photographer, film-maker and nature lover.<\/p>\n<p>For almost a decade he has aimed to showcase to the world how the organisation Rainforest Rescue protects rainforests.<\/p>\n<p>He has also worked creatively with organisations that are working to help protect nature such as the Wilderness Society and Parks Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>Martin\u2019s imagery features in a wide variety of places from the National Museum of Australia to films on the big screen.<\/p>\n<p>Thirty of his most spectacular shots went on display on Friday at Halls Gap\u2019s MOCO Gallery.<\/p>\n<p>The photograph exhibition will remain on display at MOCCO Gallery until April 20<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MANY local residents would have seen some stunning photographs on social media sites taken by Ararat\u2019s Martin Stringer.
