William is Lions Youth of the Year

WILLIAM Delaney was last week named Ararat Lions Club of Ararat  Youth of the Year.
William is a year 11 student from Marian College who gave a persuasive speech about the plight of Australian businesses.
His efforts were rewarded by the three judges who were impressed by both his public speaking and his presentation at the interview.
